Shanna Thompson graduated from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee. Her career began in sales and sales leadership and continues today. She has spent the last 21 years working for a large telecommunications company and is currently an Associate Director of Large Enterprise Sales. Throughout her career, she has specialized in improving under performing modules within both consumer and business sales groups. She has spent the last three years managing a portfolio of large enterprise clients worth more than $50 million in revenue.  

She is not only focused on her corporate career, but is also setting the strategic direction for Firefly Vacations.  Having always been interested in real estate investing, she has studied the middle TN and surrounding markets for years. Recently, she and Cheryl created a rental space on their own property and bought and sold a second property. They created Firefly Vacations after realizing a huge gap in owner satisfaction and annual revenue for property owners being mismanaged, and joined a short-term rental mastermind group and with a large network of successful short-term rental owners, managers, and cohosts.

Fun fact about Shanna: one of her hobbies is animal training and she has successfully started 4 of her own horses under saddle.
